They tore my silk saree. Don't recommend it fro expensive clothes.

They promise to delivery by the next day however they never do this. Instead, I have to follow up 6-7 times to just know whether it is done or not, forget about delivery. There always only one excuse that they were busy in some other work. This has happened to me 4-5 times. Very very poor service, irresponsible and unpuntcual.

Disappointed with the service.You give clothes to laundry to get them washed and the clothes returned were horribly bad. The clothes still had way too much stains left in it even a bit of dirt on jeans. I doubt even if the clothes were washed.Definitely not worth your money. I would definitely not suggest to anybody.

The best laundry service in the area... The striking advantage it has amongst its peers, is the responsiveness and professionalism of these guys. Although it's mere a laundry service but it's employees do so with utmost sincerety and eagerness to satisfy customers which is a rarity in this profession..

I am very impressed with the service. Easy communication using WhatsApp to schedule the pickup also pick up and drop both are done as per my convenience and availability at home. Amazing washing quality, ironing and packing were AWESOME.Pros:- Doorstep free pick up and drop- Reasonable price- Washing, steam iron and dry cleaning all at one placeCons:- Delivery bag is chargeable but it's worth because the bag is reusable

The late night and quick service along with pick up and delivery options makes this a reliable place to get your laundered and pressed. Loved the service here. Pinto has always been very helpful.

Have been using service since few months. Pros: 1. Good washing quality 2. Always free pickup n drop service they provide3. Quick pickup4. Paisa vasool serviceCons:1. Comfort fragrance in the clothes they put always and if you don't want they you will have to inform then by WhatsApp message. I opted out for comfort wash.2. Delivery is sometime delayed but not always. I am happy as I had not availed express service which was at high price.Overall I'll be using their service in future and recommend to friends as referral bonus is there :)

Pathetic service. Very very irresponsible. They don't care about customers time all they care about is there own work. You have to chase these people at least minimum of 5-6 times for pickup and delivery. You keep calling them and they'll keep saying "coming in half an hour". Say that you have scheduled a pick up today at 2-4 in afternoon they will come for pickup the next day between 2-4 and same with delivery time. And the charge more than other laundry. It's better to give clothes to other laundry then here as you don't have to chase the other laundry service as you do here.

Thanks for the very good washing quality. I had availed premium wash @99/- per kg (includes steam iron)- Cleaning was very good no doubt with free pickup in Bommanahalli. The towel fragrance is very good. When I hanged this towel in my wash room and entered after an hour I could feel fragrance in my entire washroom itself :) which was coming from the towel.

Laundry service was really good. Clothes were well washed with no damage to quality and nice fragrance. Also they were properly folded and segregated and delivered at the right time. Reasonable price and can strongly recommend.

Their service is really good. Even the pickup and delivery person is so polite and responds you in a clear way. Prompt response on whatsapp is much impressed. Last but not least, clothes are neatly washed, decently folded n arranged in the plastic bags. Much impressed with Mastbus.
